Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail tracked service within 3-5 working days. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Express Delivery (1-2 working days) - £8.00

Available to most mainland UK addresses. Orders delivered within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail tracked service. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Please note: Express delivery is not available for personalised orders. Address restrictions may apply - check at checkout to confirm availability.

Personalised Orders (4-6 working days)

FREE on orders over £50 | £5.00 on orders under £50

Personalised items require 4-6 working days for production and delivery. All items in your order will be dispatched together once personalised items are ready.

Important: Please note that, due to their bespoke nature, personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

FREE shipping on orders over €100 | Paid shipping on orders under €100

Delivery time: 5-7 working days via tracked international service

Shipping rates by country:

  • Spain, France, Germany, Ireland: €10
  • Italy, Denmark: €15
  • Greece, Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Austria: €20
  • Cyprus: €20 (orders ≤0.8kg) | €25 (orders >0.8kg)
  • Finland, Croatia, Malta: €20 (orders ≤0.8kg) | €30 (orders >0.8kg)

USA

FREE shipping on orders over $100 | $20 on orders under $100

  • Standard orders: 5-10 working days
  • Personalised orders: 7-12 working days

Weight restrictions apply: Free shipping only available for orders under 1.8kg. Orders over 1.8kg are not eligible for shipping.

Customs: No customs charges apply on orders under $800.

  • Australia: From £25 (orders ≤1kg) | £35 (orders 1-2kg)

Delivery time: 7-12 working days via Royal Mail International, then transferred to your national postal service.


Important Information


Customs & Import Charges

Customs and import duties are charged when parcels reach the destination country. Elizabeth Scarlett has no control over these charges and they must be paid by the customer. We recommend checking potential import charges before ordering.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships. International orders can be tracked until they reach your national postal service.


Returns & Exchanges


Return Policy

We offer full refunds on unused items returned within 30 days in original, saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Pyjamas: Must be returned in original unworn condition with no hair, marks, scent, or damage, including outer packaging and fabric dust bag.

Personalised items: Cannot be returned unless faulty due to their bespoke nature.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

Return Costs

  • Faulty items: We cover all return costs and refund original delivery charges
  • Unwanted items: Customer covers return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend obtaining a certificate of postage for protection

Processing time: Refunds processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.


Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact customerservices@elizabethscarlett.com with photos and a description. Faulty items are refunded in full including original delivery charges.
