Christmas 2025 Orders Update

Thank you so much for your overwhelming and generous support over the past month. We have been absolutely blown away by the volume of orders and love for all we do.

Unfortunately, we will not be accepting any further orders this Christmas. We want to ensure all those who have already ordered are taken care of and, in light of some system issues, don’t feel comfortable accepting more orders. We wouldn’t want to disappoint you at Christmas.

We know how frustrating and disappointing this will be, especially if you were hoping to purchase gifts for Christmas, and we’re sorry to let you down.

If you’re still looking for Elizabeth Scarlett gifts, some of our pieces may be available via our trusted stockists, including John Lewis, Fortnum & Mason, and Fenwick or selected local retailers.

We’ve learned so much over this period and are committed to improving our operations and processes, ready to serve you better in the New Year. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for continuing to support our wildlife mission around the world. It means a great deal to us.
