Elizabeth Scarlett prize draw - UK terms and conditions

1. The promoter

1.1 The promoter is Elizabeth Scarlett Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08632591), whose registered office is at Elizabeth Scarlett, Level 4, Cranborne House, Cranborne Rd, Potters Bar, EN6 3JN ("we", "us"). By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Who can enter

2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who have received an invitation to take part by email from us. Invitations are personal to the recipient and cannot be transferred.

2.2 Employees of Elizabeth Scarlett, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

2.3 You may enter once only. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. How to enter

3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.2 The survey is open by email invitation only. To enter, complete the online survey using the personal link in your invitation email, and provide a valid email address in the final question of the survey. Entries without an email address cannot be included in the draw, as we need it to contact winners.

3.3 Entry is free. You do not need to buy anything or pay anything to enter or to win.

3.4 All eligible completed survey entries have an equal chance of winning. Survey answers are not judged or assessed and do not affect the outcome of the draw.

4. Closing date

4.1 The prize draw opens on 1st October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 1st November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

4.2 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason.

5. Prizes

5.1 There are six prizes in total: one main prize of a £250 Elizabeth Scarlett Digital Gift Card, and five prizes of a £75 Elizabeth Scarlett Digital Gift Card each.

5.2 Gift cards can be spent on elizabethscarlett.com and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Gift cards are also subject to the standard terms and conditions on our website.

5.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control.

6. The draw and winners

6.1 The six winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 2nd November 2026 using a verifiably random process.

6.2 The first name drawn will win the £250 prize. The next five names drawn will each win a £75 prize.

6.3 We will contact each winner by email, using the address given in the survey, within 7 days of the draw.

6.4 Winners must respond to our email within 7 days of the date it is sent. If a winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6.5 Gift cards will be sent to winners by email within 30 days of the draw.

6.6 The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.

6.7 We may publish or make available the surname and county of prize winners to demonstrate that a valid award took place. If you do not wish your details to be published or made available, or would prefer us to publish less information, please contact us at customerservices@elizabethscarlett.com before or at the time of entering the prize draw.

7. Your data

7.1 We will use your email address to administer the prize draw, contact winners, and send you a thank-you email. Survey answers are used to help us understand our customers and improve how we reach and serve them.

7.2 Survey responses are collected using Typeform, which acts on our behalf as a data processor. We handle your personal data in line with UK data protection law and our privacy policy.

8. General

8.1 We may need to verify your age, identity and location before awarding a prize. Entries that are fraudulent, automated or in breach of these terms may be disqualified.

8.2 If circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, we may change, suspend or cancel the prize draw. We will only make such changes where reasonably necessary and will tell entrants as soon as we reasonably can. Any changes will be published on this page.

8.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
