ts only ok, that is because I ordered a make up bag and I received a travel pouch, which was all creased up. The customer service was terrible. I ordered 3 items, I received an email saying my order was on its way, then 5 days later i received an email that said one item was out of stock, offered me a voucher which was of no use as the website was out of stock .
Now my order has arrived, one of the items is incorrect, but you know what, i cannot be bothered trying to contact the company to rectify it, in fact they probably cant as that item is now out of stock.
All in all, a terrible service for expensive items, my recommendation is if you want these items is to buy them from independent sellers who offer a much better experience
