These are such a lovely product- great quality and value - my only issue is with the packaging as they lack internal stuffing the creases are really hard to steam out - took me ages. I’ve had three now and a mask and the trick is to stuff them with big soft scarf or similar and carefully hold over a boiling pan on the aga until a little damp then leave to dry in shape. Quite a fuss just for the sake of a little padding!

Beautiful pouch bought as a gift, I am sure the recipient will be delighted. Lovely, opulent velvet and stunning design. The only criticism I have is that given the high end nature of the item and the obvious love and attention to detail put into the design and construction, the drawstring bag it is packed in is rather ugly, cheap looking and detracts from the lovely contents.Maybe something in muslin or cotton lawn would be more fitting ...otherwise very happy and would repurchase

Hi, I ordered three pouches for Christmas presents. They were lovely but arrived very crumpled and scruffy looking, and I had half expected a presentation box but there were none. I have tried to iron these but to no avail and think they just need use and padding. Sadly I don't think they'll have the impact shown online and with Facebook. I am a little disappointed.

I was very pleased with my two purchases, which arrived reasonably on time and this company kept me well informed as to delivery. The only point I would like to make is that they did arrive a little squashed and I think they would look far more professional had they been stuffed with tissue, especially in the corners.

I love the pouches I recently bought. The Scorpio one is for my daughter-in-law who is into astrology and the palm one with a matching coin purse if for me - to bring a bit of sunshine into my life in these times! Beautiful embroidery. I didn't order the gift box, and if I had, I might have avoided the creases, which I haven't been able to iron out. (From the reverse). Hoping They will go with use. First one came with a lumpy corner, but customer service was excellent and a replacement arrived very quickly after return.
